SATO Holdings Corporation, following a resolution at its Board of Directors meeting held today, announced changes to its Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members due for proposal at the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 18, 2021, and to its executive officers and group company leadership effective April 1, 2021.
